The World Series of Poker Europe has the first flight of day 1 play in the books and is about to kick off the second and final starting day for the main event here at the Casino at the Empire in London. Registration will be open through the end of the second level today and tournament director Jack Effel announced that right now over 300 players are registered, but a quick glance around the room makes it seem that the field for today is already larger than the 156 that played on Day 1A.
After Jack made his announcements and Jeffrey Pollack took the mic for a second the shuffle up and deal honors were then handled by reigning champion John Juanda. Both WSOPE champions are playing today with Annette “Annette_15″ Obrestad joining Juanda in the field today.
Shaun Deeb, Matt “All In At 420″ Stout, Michael “Martine23″ Martin, Nick “fu_15″ Maimone and Joe Sebok have also been spotted taking their seats right before the start of play.
