With the deep starting stacks of 45,000 chips and low blinds there hasn’t been all that much action so far. Most pots go something along the lines of one player raising to 600, another player or two calling preflop, someone betting on the flop and everyone else folding. The players seem impressed with the turnout today, with the total number on the board climbing to 490.
Tim “Tmay420″ West (left) had all his chips in the middle, with Victor Ramdin giving serious thought to making the call. On the K

board the turn action was checked by Ramdin to West who bet 3,500. Blair “blur5f6″ Hinkle called from the button and Ramdin then raised to 10,200. West thought for a minute before coming over the top all in for an additional 27,925 on top of Ramdin’s bet. Hinkle quickly folded and Ramdin thought for an extended period of time before finally relinquishing his hand and surrendering the pot to West.
In the large field of day 1B players Mohsin “chicagocards1″ Charania pulled a less than enviable seating draw, with Sorel “Imper1um” Mizzi on his immediate left and David “The Dragon” Pham two seats to the left of Sorel. His isn’t the only tough table though, with the Bellagio always bringing out the best of the best there are stacked tables all around the room. The table up on the stage is host to crowd favorite Daniel Negreanu along with Matt “Plattsburgh” Vengrin and Scott “BigRiskky” Clements.
