We’re at that weird point in the evening where the events are taking their respective breaks and, to be perfectly honest, there’s just not much going here.  We can tell you that over in the $2.5K NLHE Event #13 that Alex “Kadabra” Keating and his tablemate Garrett “GBecks” Beckman are some of the bigger stacks we’ve seen so far with 76K and 70K respectively.  The honor of P5er chip leader of the moment appears to belong to Justin “jurollo” Rollo who is sitting with 84K.  He’s requested to put some sort of emoticon smiley in here, but hopefully the trusty equals sign/end parentheses combo will suffice:  = ) .

We can also tell you that recent eliminations in the $2.5K NLHE event include Ryan “gutshtallin” Welch, Thayer Rasmussen, Eric “basebaldy” Baldwin, Luke “IWEARGOGGLES” Staudenmaier, Justin Bonomo, Devin “tranquilchaos” Porter, and Jeff “jeffboksi” Sluzinski are all out of the event.  We caught Jeff on his way out the door and he told us things just went downhill after dinner break.  In his analysis of his elimination, he said he just tried to get to fancy and suggested ABC was the way to go, even in a slightly higher buy-in event.

Here are some other chip counts we picked up via Twitter as players went on their last break of the night:

Lee “acumen53″ Childs - 50K
Carter “ckingusc” King - 32K
Joe Sebok - 18K
Shannon Shorr - 13.2K

In lieu of stories from the floor we decided to put our P5s Twitter page to use and see what people were up to:

Steve “MrTimCaum” O’Dwyer appears to be sending his best wishes to John Racener: “congrats @johnracener on being the 1000th person following @allenkessler

Mark “markysals11″ Salinaro must be celebrating his 4th place finish the $1.5K NLHE event in style: “Got kicked out of binions lol”

And, as for Clayton “clayton27″ Newman, well, we don’t even want to know what he’s doing: “pictures of shrimp swimming are funny. “i recognize the back end of that, bc its tasty. but the front of that is scary as f***”"

WSOP Event #11: $2K NLHE

We missed his bust-out hand, but Jason “treysfull21″ Mercier’s quest to win bracelet’s in back-to-back events is over. We spotted Mercier getting up from his table and heading over to record his finish officials.

The man who took a lot of his chips, Kenny “hixx” Hicks, is getting short himself. He just lost a big all-in pre-flop when his AJ couldn’t overcome his opponent’s KK. The board was 76284 and he is now down to about 85K with the blinds at 3K/6K with an ante of 500.

Jason “JAKoon1985” Koon still has a healthy stack of 190K as does Ryan “late_entry” Gentry with 185K, Eric “white_mamba” Ladny with 160K and Jon athan“FatalError” Aguair with 250K.

WSOP Event #12: $10K Mixed Game Championship

Mike “SirWatts” Watson (pictured right) is still alive in the 10K mixed event. We caught him scooping a Omaha H/L had a little while ago. Watts raised to 12K on button and the small blind called. The flop was K85. Watts bet 12K after the other player checked and was called. Both players checked the 5 and the turn and the 5 on the river and Watson showed AQ73 for the pot.

Eric “EFro” Froelich and Brian “snagglepuss” Powell are also still playing in the tournament.
