WSOP 2008
After 3 long days of play, David Benyamine is the latest WSOP bracelet winner. He took down the $10K Omaha Hi/Lo Split event late last night, defeating Greg Jamison heads up and taking home $535,687 for his victory.
The $2K Pot Limit Hold Em will play down to a bracelet winner today. Robert Cheung, Lee Watkinson, and Chris Bell are among the remaining nine players and that final table will get going at 2pm.
Day 2 of the most recent $1.5K No Limit Hold Em event will also get underway at 2pm. Several P5ers remain in contention for the bracelet including Amit “amak316″ Makhija, Dan “wretchy” Martin, Garrett “GBecks” Beckman, Adam “Roothlus” Levy, Steve “MrTimCaum” O’Dwyer, and Chris “Big Huni” Hunichen.
Event #40, the $2.5K 2-7 Triple Draw, also known as Kansas City Lowball, kicks off today’s events in just a few minutes. The $1.5K Mixed Limit Hold Em event will kick off at 5pm.
