Many online titans survived the early stages of the 1.5k PLO WSOP Event #19, as roughly two thirds of the 759 player field has been elimated by the fourth level.

Jordan “iMsoLucky0″ Morgan is in positon to make a run with 16.5k with 100-200 blinds.

Gavin Smith busted out early in the level when he went all-on over a cut-off raiser for 1300 when his KK48 ran into AAK7.

Jeff “Yellowsub” Williams, the $1K NLHE with rebuys runner-up, was just knocked out of the $1.5K PL Omaha Event. With an average stack of about 5.5K, Williams (pictured left) got his money in on a flop of Q97 with KK99 for middle set. His opponent had AAKT for a pair of aces and the nut flush draw. The turn and river brought the 5 and 4, giving his opponent a flush, and Williams was sent out of the tournament.

Marco “CrazyMarco” Johnson has been building a formidable stack, but just doubled Erick Lindgren. With the blinds at 150/300, Lindgren min-raised to 300 preflop and Johnson re-raised to 900. Lingren called and the players saw a flop of 9-7-4. Lingren checked to Marco, who put him all in and Lindgren called with K-K-8-6. Johnson’s Q-Q-10-9 failed to improve and Lindgren doubled to 6K. Johnson is still healthy with over 12K.

Kevin “BeL0WaB0Ve” Saul also doubled a well-known live pro. With blinds at 75-150, Saul raised from the cutoff and Matt Brady limp-raised all in for 2500. After tanking for a few minutes, Saul asked Brady if he had aces. A few seconds later Saul’s suspicion was confirmed when he called Brady and he tabled the AAK6, topping Saul’s KK55. The board ran true for Brady, revealing A2J69 and he doubled up, leaving Saul with just under 3k. He since busted, flopping top set and the nut flush draw but his opponent’s gutshot draw got there on the river.

With 759 players turning out 1.5k PLO WSOP Event #19. The PLO prize pool was a likely beneficiary of there not being any NL tournaments starting today as many NL players that would have likely entered a NL event played in this tournament.

Tim “TMay420″ West, who final tabled the 5k NL Shootout days ago, is going to have to battle back to make Day 2 thanks to a tough hand.

On a board of 935Q5, May’s river raise got reraised behind him and his 99 lost to QQ, bringing May’s stack down to 1800.

P5er Jamie “TheNew” Robbins (pictured right) benefited from a runner-runner draw out to bust a short stacked  Alex Kravchenko.

With blinds at 50-100, Robbins opened to 300 from middle position and Kravchenko re-raised. Robbins put Kravchenko all-in, who started the hand with 900.

Robbins tabled QKT9, chasing Kravchenko’s AA55.

Kravchenko appeared to be doubling up when the flop came 637 until the 5 and 8 dropped making a backdoor straight for Robbins, who’s stack increased to 6200.

The $1.5K NLHE Shootout final table will be crowded with P5ers as it gets kicked off at 2:00 PT today. Kyle “kwob20″ Bowker, Tom “SBRounder” West, Matthew “hazards21″ Giannetti, Casey “ccmuney” Coleman and John “Ihave3pair” Strzemp will battle for the bracelet and first-place prize of $335,565. Each will start with 300K chips, and after the long day of play we saw in the event yesterday, it could make for one of the lengthier final tables of the World Series.

The final two tables of the $2K Omaha Hi/Lo Event will get underway at 3:00 PT. Scott “BigRiskky” Clements and Jimmy “gobboboy” Fricke will be seated side-by-side at table 15. Clements (228K) is third in chips and Fricke is short with 33K. Clements, who has already made an Omaha final table this year, is searching for his third bracelet in as many years.

Also concluding today will be the $1K ladies event at 2:00 PT. Meanwhile, the $1.5K Pot-Limit Omaha Event (#19) just began and the $2K Limit Hold’em (Event #20) is set to start at 5:00 PT. Good luck to everyone playing today!
