Players are in the 4th level of the day, with blinds of 200 / 400 with a 50 ante. Jason “JP_OSU” Potter is still the chip leader with around 160k and recently picked up a pot without showdown to continue to add to his stack. Jeff “YoungSupremacy” Hakim and Thayer “THAY3R” Rasmussen were both able to win small pots as well. Mike “GoLeafsGoEh” Leah chopped a pot with Scott Seiver. Since the chopped pot Scott has been eliminated.

After another player raised to 1,700 Potter made it 5,200. The other player called and the flop came Q97. The first player led out for 5k and Potter took a moment before putting out a stack of the gray 5k chips to more than cover his opponents remaining 20k. The player ended up folding and Potter raked in the pot to add to his growing stack.

At the table behind Potter, Jeff “YoungSupremacy” Hakim (left) called a 2,800 chip bet on a board of J642 and with the 8 on the turn it was checked to Jeff. Hakim bet 3,300 and after a while he was called. He showed his AJ and his top pair was good enough to win the pot as his opponent mucked his cards.

Thayer “THAY3R” Rasmussen bet 3,700 on the river of a A73A2 board. His opponent had about 12k left and thought for a long time before finally relinquishing his hand and surrendering the pot to Thayer. Rasmussen had around 50k after the hand.

In a 3 way pot that was checked around on the flop and turn Mike “GoLeafsGoEh” Leah bet 800 on the river of a board showing J-4-4-J-J. Scott Seiver then raised to 4k and the action folded back to Leah. “I almost snap called, but let me think this out,” Mike said as he held the chips to call in his hand. He worked through the math of the hand, finally concluding he was sure he was right and made the call. Both Scott and Mike were playing the board and the pot was chopped. Since the hand Seiver has been eliminated.
