Scott “ssitron” Sitron (pictured left) continues to ride a wave of good fortune at the 1.5k NL WSOP Event #52. After starting the final table as the short stack, Sitron has won two big all-in preflop hands holding big pocket pairs.

. Sitron’s hand held and boosted his stack up to 1.8 million.
Sitron drew closer to the chip lead when then chip leader Corwin Cole moved in his 2.4 million from the blind after David Daneshgar made it 105k on the button. After much deliberation, Daneshgar made a gutsy call for his last 800k and caught Cole making a play at the pot, who tabled the 8

held up after he flopped and ace, elevating him just above Sitron at 1.9 million for the chip lead.
Sitron overtook the chip lead about 30 minutes later when he moved all-in over Daneshgar, who had re-raised Sitron’s 125k open to 405k.

Graham was victorious in the biggest showdown when, with the blinds at 1.5K/3K he raised on the button and Tamayo made the call from the big blind. Tamayo checked the flop of 4

peeled off on the turn, Tamayo checked. Graham bet out and Tamayo made the call. The river came 4

for a flopped straight. Jonathan threw his cards in the muck and was down to 37K while Matt’s stack increased to 70K
A few hands later Tamayo raised the button and Graham reraised out of the big blind. Tamayo made the call and the flop ran out K

and Tamayo folded, leaving himself with less than 20K. Since then Jonathan’s stack has stayed between 10K-15K while Graham got as high as 105K and continues to hover around the 100K mark.
