Andy “BKiCe” Seth and Cory “UGOTPZD” Carroll (pictured at left) are seated right next to each other in the $3K NLHE Triple Chance event, and they’ve clashed a few times as of late.

On a flop of Q95, Seth led out for 7.7K and Carroll called. The turn was the 9 and both players checked. The 3 came on the river. Seth bet 11.2K and Carroll called again. Seth turned over AA and Carroll mucked. The win increased Seth’s stack to about 60K while Carroll slipped to around 35K.

The result was reversed a short while later. The player in seat four raised to 1.8K before the flop. Carroll called from the cutoff as did Seth from the button. The flop was T72. The player in seat four and Carroll checked and Seth bet 3.8K. Seat four got out of the way and Carroll called. The turn was the 4. Carroll checked again and Seth bet 7.5K. Carroll made the call to see the 6 on the river. This time Carroll led out with a bet of 10K. Seth went deep into the tank, eventually having the clock called on him by the player in seat six at that table. He waited until the 10-second countdown began before tossing in 10 yellow chips to make the call. Carroll showed him 22 for a flopped set and Seth nodded slightly before mucking his hand.

Maria “Maridu” Mayrinck (pictured at right) and Tony “Bond18″ Dunst have been bickering over at Table 8. Apparently Dunst has been picking on Mayrinck’s big blind a bit too often. We watched as Tony opened to 1.5K and the action folded to Maria. “Bond, Bond, Bond,” she chanted as she reached for yellows. Mayrinck three bet to 3.6K and Dunst folded. Maria flashed the A and mucked. A few orbits later Tony raised her big blind again. This time Maria folded and it was Dunst who showed the A. Amanda “Mandy B” Baker and Eric “Rizen” Lynch are also at the table, but they are keeping to themselves for the most part.

Isaac “westmenloAA” Baron’s chipstack ballooned to 70K during the last level. On an A-J-6 flop, two clubs, Baron and an opponent got it all in. Isaac held QT and his opponent had an ace. The turn was a non club king to give Baron broadway and the river was meaningless. Isaac raked the monster pot and is now sitting with almost three times the average stack.

Daniel “wildman75″ Buzgon has been eliminated. He moved the last of his chips into the middle after Mike Caro bet 6K on the turn with the board reading Q32T. Caro made the call with 89. Buzgon showed JJ. He couldn’t find another club on the river and hit the rail.

WSOP EVENT #53: $1.5K STUD H/L

The players in the $1.5K Stud Hi-Low event have been sent on their one hour dinner break, but we caught a few players in action before they headed out the door.

After Allen Kessler folded on fourth street, Scott “gunning4you” Seiver was left to play a heads up pot with the player in seat six. Here were the boards:

Seiver: X-X-882T-X
Seat six: X-X-7723-X

With the limits set at 150/300, Seiver led out for a bet on fifth street, seat six raised, Seiver re-raised and the other player called. Seiver bet again on sixth street and was called. The action was the same on seventh street with Seiver betting and getting called. He turned over AT4 for two pair and scooped the pot after his opponent mucked.

Zak “traction” Gilbert (pictured at left) told us he had about 5K in his stack before this hand happened. The hands:

Seat three: X-X-A646-X
Seat eight: X-X-Q24T-X

Seat three bet on fifth street and the other player and Gilbert called. The action was the same on sixth street before the players all checked on seventh street. Seat three turned over 754 while seat eight showed Q{77. Gilbert mucked his hand.
