Riskky Looks to Make Big Statement Today

Scott “BigRiskky” Clements headlines a loaded lineup at today’s $5K Pot Limit Omaha Hi/Lo 8-or-better final table. Clements (pictured right) will take his seat as the chip leader with 801K in chips while Andy Black, Brett Richey, Roland de Wolfe, Alex Kravchenko John Racener and others will attempt to chase him down. Should Clements take down his third career WSOP Omaha title he would be the seventh P5er to earn a bracelet at this year’s Series. Play will begin at 2:00 p.m. local time on the featured stage in the back on the Amazon Room.
Also getting underway at 2:00 p.m. today are Day 2 of $10,000 Heads No Limit Hold ‘em Heads Up and $1,500 No Limit Hold ‘em events. Several online stars are gearing up for Round 3 of the Heads Up Championship as 64 players still remain. Here’s a look at the matches we’ll be covering:

The $2.5K PLO Event #30 got underway ay Noon local time. Many players are still making their way in to register, which is causing table assigment issues in the Amazon Room, but most have taken their seats and began play. Some players we’ve seen so far include Matt “mattg1983″ Graham, Jamie “TheNew” Robbins, Mike “SirWatts” Watson, Rami “arbianight” Boukai and Isaac “westmenloAA” Baron. Nearly 400 players are signed up so far.
