At World Poker Tour final tables there are 4 columns supporting around the outside of the stage supporting the runners used to hold lights, cameras and other necessary equipment. The lighting usually has a blueish tint to it, but when a player is all in the lights turn to red. The first 20 minutes of the day saw the room bathed in red light more often than not, but since then the all in lights haven’t been lighting up very often.
The 5 players are passing chips back and forth, with the shortstacks able to gain a little ground and the three larger stacks going back and forth. At one point everyone was ahead of their starting stack except for Todd “tbt4653″ Terry (right) and of course the eliminated Mike Krescanko. Even being down from his starting stack Terry is still in the middle of the pack and well ahead of the short stacks. As time goes on the blinds have been steadily increasing, reducing the number of total big blinds in play and at some point guaranteed to pressure the players into getting their chips in the middle.
Recently the blinds jumped to 30k / 60k and a hefty 10k ante. With a total of just under 8.5 million chips in play it can’t be too long before Stein and Leonidas end up with their chips in the middle.
