In the $2K NL event, James “POKERPRO33” Campbell (left) again found trouble with the player in seat 5 at his table, who we found out was Mark Calzadillas. Following a raise to 18K at 3K/6K, Campbell shoved for around 90K with 5

and got a call from Calzadillas with A

. Campbell’s life drew thin when the board revealed A
T

and he failed to improve, knocking him out of Event #7 in 43rd place for $8,692.
The action at that table continued to heat up as Theo Tran then eliminated Calzadillas 30 minutes later. A player in a late position raised to 15K at 3K/6K and Tran flat called. Calzadillas moved all in from the big blind and Tran quickly called with K

after the original raiser folded and had Calzadillas’ K
Q
in big trouble. The K

flop had Calzadillas dead and moved Tran to over 300K in chips.
Phil “USCphildo” Collins continued to build his chip stack in the same event. A player moved all in for 53K on top of the big blind and Phil meticulously counted out his chip stack before eventually making the call. Before he turned over his cards he said, “I have an ace,” showing A

and his opponent replied, “so do I” as he revealed A

. The board ran out K

Q

, giving Collins the nut flush on the river and eliminating the other player. He now has 192K.
At the $1,500 Omaha Hi-Low Split-8 or Better, Chris “SKOAL” Falconer is currently sitting 4/6 with 180K chips.
