Joe Sebok got the last of his short stack all-in preflop and Frank “Round42″ Rusnak called him with AQ. Sebok held 55 which looked good on the 887 flop. The turn was the 3 and the river the 9 to double Joe up to 350K. He moved all-in just a couple of hands after that to pick up the blinds and antes and work his was up to 400K.

Sebok blinded off for a little while before moving all-in over the top of a raise from Billy “Patrolman35″ Kopp for an additional 225K or so. Kopp called wiht Q7, which was trailing Joe’s 99. The {th]74 flop kept Sebok in the lead, as did the 3 on the turn. The river came 5 to double Joe up to nearly 700K while Billy still has around 4 million chips.

Ludovic “Cutsss” Lacay struck again in Level 24. We caught up with calling Lacay an all-in from Craig “craigthedeac” Boyd for around 1.5 million on a board of KQJ2. Boyd showed AT for the flopped nut straight while Lacay tabled TT for a pair of tens and a straight draw. Ludovic needed an ace for a chop, and to the surprise of almost nobody in the Amazon Room, the A landed on the river to split a pot worth more than 5 million. Boyd was left with the heartache of knowing he was one card away from joining the chip leaders but he still has 2.6 million, more than the average stack of 2.3 million.

Scott “Chipless Wonder” Cook added around half a million chips to his stack when he and a short-stacked player got it all-in preflop with Soctt holding pocket eights to his opponent’s A-Q. The eights held as the board ran out king high and Cook inched near 3.5 million chips.

Players are now about to go on their final twenty minute break of the evening after they color up the yellow 1K chips. When they return from they will play one more two hour level with blinds at 20K/40K ante 5K.
