At the very first table inside the Fontana Lounge, Sorel “Imper1um” Mizzi (left) and Christian “charder” Harder (below right) have played a couple of pots together. In the first of the large pots between the two Harder moved all in over the top preflop for 41,3oo more with around 22k already in the pot. Sorel thought for a long time, finally giving up his hand and surrendering the chips to Harder. Not much later the two were involved again, but this time the all in came on the river and was called. Sorel had the best of it with his 9-8 good enough for a full house on the Q high board and more than enough to best Harder’s pocket kings and build his stack to 120k.
After the hand Harder was left short stacked, but has battled back some and had around 20k at last check which leaves him among the short stacks, but with the blinds at 500 / 1k with a 100 ante he is not in critical condition anymore.
The tournament has come to an end for a lot of players so far today, with over 100 entrants being eliminated in less than 2 levels of play. Alvin “alsmooth” Zeidenfeld and Jimmy “Gobboboy” Fricke are among the early bust outs. Jimmy was faced with an all in bet from Tuan Le on a board of Q

with a pot of around 80k already in the middle. Jimmy thought for a long time before finally calling off his last 50k only to see the Q

from Tuan and after a brief pause mucked his hand and pushed the last of his chips toward Tuan.
As usual, Tuan has been active at his table, also involved in recent pots with Peter “#1Pen” Neff and Jason “JP_OSU” Potter. Tuan opened a pot for 2,500 and Peter raised to 7,300. Tuan called and then check folded to Neff’s bet on the 8

flop. Against Potter the hand went a few more streets, but in the end Tuan again gave up on his holdings. Potter had raised to 3k preflop and both Tuan and Allen Cunningham called. With the A

flop all three checked and on the A
turn Potter bet 4,600. Tuan called and Cunningham got out of the way. The river was the K
and Potter checked to Tuan who bet 11k. Potter then raised to 31k and Tuan thought for a while before folding what looked like the 9

for a 9 high flush. Potter told him he got 3 outed on the river, indicating he had AK for a full house, but Tuan didn’t seem sure he was being told the truth.
Kevin “BeL0WaB0Ve” Saul has the same active reputation as Tuan. Over at his table he recently moved in over the top of a bet from Ivan Demidov on the flop and Ivan decided to fold his hand and continue to fight on with his few remaining chips. Kevin has been chipping up all day and was around 125k at last check.
