Amit “amak316″ Makhija was the lone P5er sent to the raill during the first two levels of the $5K NLHE Shootout Round 2. Lex “Raszi” Veldhuis eliminated the first two players at their table but it was Maxim Lykov who got the best of Amit. Lykov raised on the button and Makhija moved his short stack in from the big blind. Lykov called with A

Andrew “luckychewy” Lichtenberger went from short stack to chip leader at his table in the span of a level. After losing a decent portion of his stack, Lichtenberger called an all-in bet with Q

WSOP EVENT #42: $2.5K MIXED
Before the players in the $2.5K Mixed Event headed out on their first break of the day we caught Marco “CrazyMarco” Johnson in a 2-7 Triple Draw hand. We missed the first draw but saw both players check. On the second draw, Johnson and his opponent in seat three both took one card. Johnson check-called a bet of 2K. Johnson took one more card on the third draw while seat three stood pat. Johnson then led out for 2K and, after some thought, the other player decided to fold.
Kevin “kice32″ Iacofano was all in one table over during a round of Triple Draw. All his chips were already in the pot on the second draw. He took one card, as did Thang Luu and Frank “gator93” Hernandez. Iacofano stood pat on the third draw while the others drew again. Iacofano tabled 9
