The luck of the seat draw has produced a fascinating table in the $1K w/ rebuys. Three of the final table participants of the stacked Event #1 final table were reunited once again as Amit “amak316″ Makhija (pictured at left), Chris Bell, and the event champion, Nenad Medic, ended up at the same table along with P5ers Jason Gray and Jason “JP OSU” Potter.
With the blinds at 150/300 Amit raised to 900 in early position, a player in middle position called, and Chris Bell called from the small blind. The flop came K

and Chris Bell checked. Makhija bet out 1.5K and the player in middle position raised to 4.5K total. Bell thought for some time before calling from the big blind. Makhija then reraised to 15K total. The player in the middle folded and Chris, who had around 11K left, tanked once again. He eventually moved all in for 1K more, which Amit quickly called. Bell held AK to Makhija’s K

for top set. Bell was eliminated and Amit now has 65K in chips.
A few hands later Jason Potter was eliminated when he got it all-in pre-flop with A

to his opponent’s J

and failed to improve. Jason Gray and Nenad Medic remain at the table and have 20K and 40K respectively.

Chad “lilholdem954″ Batista - 40K
