For the fourth consecutive year PocketFivesLive will be covering the Legends of Poker Main Event at the Bicycle Casino in Los Angeles, CA. Last year the event drew 373 players and John Phan emerged as the victor after defeating Amit “Amak316″ Makhija in heads up play.

On August 26th a new Legends of Poker champion will be crowned, but before that can happen the tournament field will have to be brought down to the final 6 who will then battle it out on the televised final table.

The action starts August 22nd at 3pm Pacific time. Anyone playing in the event can register for coverage here on PocketFivesLive by clicking the “Let Us Cover You” link in the left sidebar. Make sure to select the Legends of Poker in the tournament dropdown box when you are registering for coverage.
