With the elimination of Erik Seidel (right) in 10th place the field is now down to only one remaining table. The final 9 players are now fighting it out for the six coveted seats at the North American Poker Championship televised final table.
Seidel was all in with pocket queens against Marc “Myst” Karam’s AK. A king on the flop was the end of the road for Seidel, with his tournament ending as many do, in a simple coinflip situation. His 10th place finish left him short of a final table but with the $56,868 payout.
After eliminating Seidel the chip lead is now solidly in the hands of Karam with 2.8 million chips. Ryan “Gotskillz” Fisler is also over 2 million and is second in chips with 9 players left.
