Which one we don’t know yet, but with the elimination of Charles Marchese in third place one of the Jonathans will end up as the victor at the Foxwoods World Poker Finals. Jonathan “FieryJustice” Little was able to finish off Marchese in third place to even up the chip stacks going into heads up play against Jonathan Jaffe.
Marchese was all in with the A
J
after Little had raised and Charles came over the top all in for 1.7 million. Little called with the Q
Q
and though Marchese picked up a flush draw on the turn the 2
river was not one of the 11 cards he could hit on the river to double up and his tournament run ended in third place for $337,256.
After picking up the 1.7 million from Marchese the chip stacks have balanced out. Jonathan Jaffe still has the chip lead with 6.6 million to Little’s 5.7 million. After a brief pause and then the money presentation the two Jonathans will be back at the table to battle it out for the title.
