Both Jason “JPOSU” Potter (pictured left) and Eric “EFro” Froelich are seated at Antonious’ table, and the two tangled in a big pot. The board was J72 when we got to the table. Potter led out for just under 2K and Froelich raised to 5.7K. Jason then re-raised pot, an amount over 25K. Eric looked befuddled and shot Potter a confused look. Froelich eventually folded and Jason scooped the pot to chip up and is now above 50K. He still has both his re-buy chips too, whereas Eric has 7K and only one re-buy chip.

WSOP 2009 Event #39: $1.5K NLHE

Luke “bdbeatslayer” Vrabel got a nice double up to feast on shortly before the dinner break started. He got it all-in preflop holding KK to another player’s A8. The AAJ flop looked a little dire for Vrabel, but the running 4 then 5 gave him the backdoor four flush to win the pot and jump up to 12K.

Players are currently on their dinner break. They should be back for the last four levels of play today at approximately 8:15PM.
