After doubling up Bobby Suer a second time, Soheil Shamseddin (pictured right) went from chip leader to short stack and appeared to be in danger of going out in sixth place. He was looking to double up when he raised to 120K from under the gun with the blinds at 20K/40K ante 5K and Hilbert Shirey reraised to 450K total from the cutoff. Shamseddin went in the tank for nearly two minutes before moving all-in for 855K total. Shirey felt he was priced in and called with K

It didn’t take long for Soheil to start throwing his weight around again. On the last hand of Level 20 he raised from under the gun to 160K and Bobby Suer reraised to 550K from the button. Shamseddin thought for some time before calling. The flop came 8

and Soheil quickly moved all-in. Suer went into the tank for nearly five minutes before someone called the clock on him. As his time wound down, he folded pocket jacks face up. Shamseddin decided to turn up his cards too–pocket sixes.
Perhaps still reeling from his hand with Soheil, Bobby Suer doubled up a short-stacked Hilbert Shirey just a few hands later in a blind versus blind confrontation. The money went in on a flop of Q

with Shirey holding 6

P5ers Allen “AawwNutz” Carter and Tyler “Tydean” Smith have continued applying aggression preflop with both players moving all-in over the top of raises on more than one occassion. Blinds are now up to 30K/60K ante 10K and we have still yet to lose a player.
Here are the updated chip counts from early in Level 21:
Soheil Shamseddin - 2.75 million
Hilbert Shirey - 1.57 million
Bobby Suer - 1.25 million
Tyler Smith - 1 million
Allen Carter - 995K
Chuck Kim - 940K
