It felt like we just blinked and suddenly there were 29 players left. Unfortunately, several P5ers fell in the rash of eliminations that left us with only two players to go before they bag, tag, and call it a night. One of the players to fall was Ryan “toetagu” Fair (pictured left). Shortly after being moved from the feature table to the scondary feature table Ryan got it all-in preflop holding A-K and was called by Jeff Shulman who held pocket kings. The Q-Q-5 flop didn’t change much and the K on the turn left Fair drawing dead to Shulman’s boat. He was eliminated in 31st place and took home $253,941.
“I have to shave my playoff beard now,” Fair said as he collected his payout ticket and made his way out of the Amazon Room.
Grayson “gray31″ Ramage (35th place), Blair Rodman (34th) and Scott “stsitron” Sitron (32nd) were all eliminated within a matter of minutes as the preflop play became furious midway through past level. We weren’t able to view any of the bustouts but heard from afar that Sitron called a 3-bet shove with A-K and was unable to hold for against the player’s Q-J when a Queen landed on the flop. All three earned $253,941 for their seven hard days of work.
For Rodman, it was his deepest finish in the Main Event since he began playing in the WSOP in 1991. His previous biggest cash was for $45,000 for 54th place in 2004, the year Greg Raymer was crowned world champion.
Two of the players left on the secondary feature table are Jonathan “driverseati” Tamayo and Andrew “luckychewy” Lichtenberger (pictured right). The two tangled in a pot shortly before dinner break when Tamayo raised to 210K from under the gun with the blinds at 40K/80K ante 10K and Lichtenberger called in position. The flop came down 6

and Jonathan led out for 325K. After a couple of minutes of thought Andrew raised an additional 650K and it didn’t take much time at all before Tamayo moved all-in. Lichtenberger snap-mucked and Tamayo chipped up to 9.5 million going into dinner break while Lichtenberger fell to 5.2 million.
Players are currently on their 90-minute dinner break. Cards should be back in the air at around 8:40PM Pacific time. Here are the chip counts we could grab before players left to grab a bite to eat:
Billy “Patrolman35″ Kopp - 14.455 million
Jamie “The New” Robbins - 6.9 million
Joe “LatestLines2″ Ward - 6.8 million
Andrew “luckychewy” Lichtenberger - 5.2 million
Ludovic “Cutsss” Lacay - 5.04 million
Nick “fu_15″ Maimone - 4.89 million
