The field has been dropping quickly since the return of the dinner break. The 5th level of play for the day at the 200 / 400 level has reduced the field down to under 125 players from the 178 that started the day. Alec “Traheho” Torelli and Mike “Timex” McDonald are among the recently departed, both eliminated shortly after returning from the dinner break.
The feature table hosting Yevgeniy “Atimos” Timoshenko and Eric “P3achy_keen” Liu has been swapped with another table and now Noah Boeken, Freddy Deeb and Terrence Chan are among those at the secondary featured table. The last hand before break saw David Williams and Ilari “Zigmund” Sahamies went to battle at that table. After some raising preflop David Williams ended up pushing the bet to 5,200 and Sahamies called. The other player in reluctantly folded his hand and on the 9

flop Williams led out for 10k and Sahamies quickly moved all in for a total of 23,100. Williams quickly called and had Ilari covered by 8k. David was ahead with his pocket kings against Sahamie’s pocket tens but the T
on the turn hit the 2 outer and the 7
river didn’t turn things back around for Williams.
James “AndyMcLeod” Obst (left) also moved in on the last hand at his table but didn’t get action. A player had raised to 1,200 and James moved in for a total of 8,950. The player thought for a moment but ultimately mucked his hand saying he folded the K
J
to a seemingly uninterested Obst who was already headed out for break.
The main feature table is sporting a lineup to strong to move away from the cameras with Annette “Annette_15″ Obrestad, Daniel Negreanu, Barry Greenstein, Shaun Deeb, Mohsin “ChicagoCards1″ Charania and Chris Ferguson all holding a seat at the table. Charania dropped by at the start of the break and said he was down to around 12k and also mentioned something about Shaun Deeb taking a bad beat at the hands of Ferguson but in the clamor around the media room / bar at the start of a break the details were not very clear.
Matt “All In At 420″ Stout update: Matt has lost twice today with sets, both times with sets of fives but was able to bust Neil Channing with AA against Channing’s AK and is happy to be sitting at 40k going into the last level of the day.
