Little Doubles
by Court on 11.09.08, 8:00 pm
After falling to less than 500k and near the bottom of the chip stacks with 14 players remaining, Jonathan “FieryJustice” Little (left) was able to chip back up to over 600k and then get a big double up to jump to the top tier of chip stacks.
David Pham had opened, Bill Gazes put in a raise and Little came over the top all in. Pham folded but Bill made the call with his A
Q
only to find out he was up against the pocket kings of Jon Little. The big pair held up and Little saw his stock rise to 1.3 million in chips, putting him up near the top along with Jon “pokertrip” Friedberg, Mike Matusow, and David Pham who has recently cracked the 1 million chip mark.
