After being crippled when his AJ failed to beat Rep Porter’s TT in Event #9, Devin “TranquilChaos” Porter moved all in pre-flop with A8 and the other two players called. The board came A42Q7 and Nathan Templeton bet the river, inducing Rep Porter to fold. Templeton showed two pair, 4s and 7s, to Porter’s pair of aces. Devin takes home $151,842 for his 3rd place finish. Rep Porter went on to eliminate Templeton in heads-up play, winning the bracelet and $372,929.

Shortly after the money bubble burst in Event #12, the $1.5K Limit Hold Em event, the eliminations fell fast and furious. Aaron “NDGrinder59″ Steury finished in 56th place for $3,603 and Eric “jakz101″ Crain finished 47th for $3,963. John O’ Brien and Gary Bogdanski remain in contention for the bracelet.

Across the Amazon Room in the $10K Seven Card Stud event, Jordan “Octavian_C” Rich (pictured at left) continues to chip away at his live-pro-heavy table. In a stroke of luck, Daniel Negreanu donated chips to Rich after he hit runner-runner for a seven-high straight.
